Hi There
I would love to share a little bit about myself! I've lived in Southern Illinois my entire life and could not think of anywhere else I would rather be. I grew up on a family farm and now my husband and I farm ourselves, along with helping our parents farm. My husband's name is Adam. He is the love of my life. I have never met someone as funny or as kind hearted as he is! Together, we are parents to two wonderful (energetic!) little boys, Owen and Ian. They are the best boys we could ask for. Their smiles and giggles are contagious and light up the room. We also have a playful Aussie-Doodle named Josie, and a fuzzy kitty named Penelope! My family is my world and I am truly blessed to be their wife and mommy!

Everyone has a story. The best part of my job is that I get to capture it! I get to freeze time for you and your family so, one day when your story has grown past late night feedings, potty training, homework and ball practices, you can sit back and look at these special memories and smile!

 Hello, everyone! My name is Mackenzie Gross and I am so incredibly excited to officially step behind the scenes here at JEP! While you’re used to seeing the stunning final galleries, I’ll be the one popping into your feed to share the magic that happens during each session. Taking over the social media posting is such a joy for me because it allows me to highlight the heart and soul of every shoot. I can’t wait to connect with all of you and watch your families grow! 

      On a more personal note, this role truly means the world to me. As a wife and a stay-at-home mom to our sweet son, finding a creative outlet that fits into my schedule right now is difficult. This opportunity allows me to contribute to a business i believe in while still being present for every milestone at home. It makes me even more passionate about capturing those fleeting, precious family moments because I know firsthand just how much they matter. I’m so grateful to be part of the team and can’t wait to grow this community with you!
